January 2026
Good start into the new year! My third journal paper of my doctorate titled Guided generation of strut-and-tie models for reinforced concrete structures with parametric graph grammatical evolution has been published in Advanced Engineering Informatics and is co-authored by Eleni Chatzi, Walter Kaufmann and Michael A. I am co-organising with Dr. Fanny Lehmann the track AI for Science and Engineering at the AI+X Summit. We have a great speakers’ list from industry and academia with talks on biology, fluid dynamics, engineering and neuroscience. Looking forward to it!

June 2025
I gave a presentation on Generative design of reinforced concrete structures incorporating constructability aspects at the fib Symposium 2025 in Antibes, France. Find the conference paper here.

April 2025
A new preprint has been made available on Grammar-based Ordinary Differential Equation Discovery on arXiv, co-authored by Eleni Chatzi and Georgios Kissas.

March 2025
The first conference of the year: I gave a talk at the SIAM Computational Science and Engineering 2025 Conference in Fort Worth, Texas, US in the mini-symposium 43 on Learning to Learn on 3rd March 2025. Thank you for all the interest and questions!

I have co-first authored a journal publication titled Experimental and analytical investigation of the crack behaviour of dapped-end beams and published in Engineering Structures, co-authored by Jaime Mata-Falcón, Luis Pallarés Rubio and Pedro Miguel Sosa. Check out the open-access paper here.

I presented a poster at the Global Young Scientist Summit 2024 in Singapore as part of the delegation from ETH Zurich. We wrote a blogpost for ETH Ambassadors.
